RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Foods and perishable goods cannot be returned. As Gut Nanny is Natural Supplements are perishable goods, we cannot offer a refund or exchanges on any purchases.
On top of this, we set world leading quality standards with our products. To keep in compliance with our quality protocols, we cannot allow products to return to our warehouse once they have left. As you can understand, we cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse. We have set this policy to ensure you are getting the highest possible standards and to safeguard your health and wellbeing.
Postage Companies:
Gut Nanny is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by UPS, USPS, Fedex, or any other third party postage carries.
In all other cases where your product does not arrive or is damaged, Gut Nanny can issue a discretionary refund. If Gut Nanny decides to issue a refund, credit will be applied to your original mode of payment. However, we are happy to provide you with a full refund under one of our money-back guarantees listed below.
We do not allow returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Didn’t like the taste (secondary consideration to its benefits)
The taste of our products is important for us, so we strive to formulate supplements that improve your health while tasting delicious and while we understand that good taste is subjective and depends on who tries our products, we also know there’s always room for improvement. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds based on complaints regarding the taste of our products (though, of course, we take your comments into consideration to improve). We do issue refunds if our products do not improve your health issues, so please get in touch with us if you don’t see any results after taking our products so we can issue a discretionary refund.
Being allergic to the product or an ingredient
It’s your responsibility to research the ingredients in the product to determine if there is anything you are or could be allergic to. You can find all the ingredients and nutritional panels on our store site: www.gutnanny.com . if you need further clarification, we recommend consulting with our customer service team first before ordering.
Ordered too much
If you’ve made a mistake and ordered more products than you actually wanted to buy, please contact us within 48 hrs of your purchase at info@gutnanny.com so we can make a decision depending on your case. Please note that once you’ve already received our products, it’s not possible to issue a refund.
Ordered the wrong item
It’s your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct item for your own circumstances. If you are unsure which items to order, please contact our customer service team, or take our free gut grader. If you order the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel you order before it goes out. However, we cannot make any guarantees. If you order has already been sent out, we cannot provide a refund or accept the goods back into our store. Please also take into consideration that customer service response times can take up to 24-hours and only occur on weekdays at this point in time.
Were suffering from financial hardship
We are going through difficult times and we understand you may be suffering from financial hardships at the moment. That’s why we recommend buying one product at a time and going back to subscriptions once you’ve recovered financially. Again, if you have already received our products, it’s not possible for us to issue a refund.
