OMG-Let’s just say-This stuff really works and could change your life. I started the program on a Thursday in anticipation of needing to remain close to home and a bathroom over a long weekend but I wasn't prepared. If you have issues with digestion, this is the pill for you. If you ate some terrific food and you know it wasn’t good for you, this is the pill for you.

I have tried everything to provide a good detox, but everything comes with horrible cramping. I started taking these as directed (start with one tablet) the same night I received them. Right on schedule, the next morning the pill did it's magic, without cramps, and actually with comfort. After using twice, I felt less bloated, and was able to work throughout the day without having to rush to the toilet.

Honestly, I really do love this. It works! I’m on day 9 right now and there’s only maybe 1 day I didn’t go (day 3), but I only had the 1 pill that day. You do 1 a day at night and 2 after day 4 is what the bottle says. I suggest drinking a lot of water cause I’ve gone multiple times the more I drink. I’m honestly really grateful for the product cause I do have a problem being ‘regular’. For those who say eat more veggies,I do and it doesn’t matter.
